What to expect from your QHHT session:

1. Interview

We will spend time getting to know each other and your reasons for wanting this experience . We will talk about how easy it is to be guided into this deep state of relaxation . We will talk about your life journey and go over your questions .

2. Hypnosis

You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation , almost like sleeping . It is here that You (the higher self ) will be communicating with You ( the conscious self ) . I will be the facilitator and assist you in this process . Your higher self knows everything there is to know about you , the life you are living now and all other lives . It will share only information that is appropriate at this time and is of benefit to you . The hypnosis part of the session lasts approximately 2 hours .

3. After hypnosis

After your hypnosis you are calmly and gently counted up . Once you are back and fully aware we will discuss what occurred and what you remember . Most people report feeling refreshed , positive and energized . After your session be sure to have a meal to help you be even more grounded and present in your body . Take it easy after your session so you can process this beautiful journey . Most people only need one QHHT session , but some like to come back for other sessions . The hypnosis part of your session will be recorded and sent in an email . Also , feel free to bring your own recording device . Dolores always said that listening to your session brings you back to the same vibrations , so listen often !

What to do and what to know …..

  1. Your session will usually last between 5-7 hours , so we will spend the day together . Your session is a private session and no one else is allowed to be there .

  2. Come to your appointment with 2 lists of questions to ask your Higher Self , one life/personal questions and the other health/body questions . (Please write on paper or print , not on iPad or device )

  3. If you meditate , do so in the morning or day of your appointment if you can . If you don’t meditate then do something that keeps you in a calm mood , like taking a walk or listening to soothing music .

4. The night before and day of the session don’t drink alcohol . Also , try to eliminate or limit your coffee or caffeine the day of your session and don’t drink caffeine after the morning .

5. Eat well , but light before you come in . I will have water and light snacks available or feel free to bring your own snack . Remember we are usually together around 5-7 hours .

6. The hypnosis part of your session will be audio recorded by me and sent to you in an email , but if you’d like to bring your own recording device feel free to do so .

7. Remember , your intention is to have a great session ! Once you have made a decision to have a QHHT session , your Higher Self starts preparing and getting ready to have a wonderful conversation with you . Your conscious self needs to be reminded to take a back seat to this experience .

8. On the days before your session , start repeating to yourself several times a day that you connect to your Higher Self easily . Note : Not that you will but that you do …….

9. Wear comfortable clothes , you will be laying down for part of our time together . I will provide blankets and pillows ( You may want to bring your own pillow .)
